Leadership Team:

The mission of Ensley Church of the Nazarene is to Connect people to the hope of Jesus. Helping all people to know the hope and go with the hope of Jesus Christ.  Our leadership team recognizes the authority of God, and realizes that we are shepherds who serve under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ. We desire to devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the Word. Our passion and goal is to equip the believers for the work of the ministry.

Lead Pastor

Josh Moore

Pastor Josh Moore joined the ENC Family in October of 2019.  He and his wife Stacy relocated to Pensacola from Hutchinson, KS.  Pastor Josh completed his undergraduate degree in Theology & Ministry at Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, OK, his Masters of Divinity Degree at Nazarene Theological Seminary in Kansas City, MO, and was ordained as an Elder in the Church of the Nazarene on the Southern Florida District in 2010.  Prior to joining the ENC Staff as Lead Pastor, Josh served as an Associate and Student Ministry Pastor in Kansas, Indiana, & South Florida.  Although the Moore’s have resided and done ministry in several states, they will always call their birth state of Arkansas home, and they’ll always bleed Razorback red!  They are the proud parents of Ellie, one of the most spoiled wiener dogs on the planet.  In their spare time, the Moore’s love to garden, junk hunt, re-purpose, and refinish just about anything!  For Pastor Josh, pastoring is all about helping people hear and understand God’s invitation to each of us to play a part His story, and to help bring His Kingdom to earth!

Youth Pastor

Adam Cabana

Pastor Adam was born and raised in Pace, Florida. He pursued his call to ministry by moving to Tennessee to attend Trevecca Nazarene University. In 2007, he graduated from TNU with a major in religion and minor in Youth Ministry. Since 2008, Pastor Adam has served as Youth Pastor, Young Adult Pastor and Campus Life Pastor.

Adam enjoys tinkering with technology and spending time with his family—beautiful wife, Kristin, and three daughters: Hannah, Abigail and Chloe and his son Malachi. Adam’s philosophy of “church” is not a place you go or something you do. To him, church is something you live out, it’s a lifestyle.

Children’s Ministry Director

Brenda Woolum

Our Children’s Department goal at Ensley Nazarene is to partner with parents! We want to give parents what they need to become the primary spiritual leaders for their children. During their time with us, children experience an awesome environment where they can learn life applications. In addition to Family Worship (KidStuf-Sundays at 9:30am), resources are available for families to continue the use and learning of the life app throughout the week.

Brenda Woolum heads up our Children’s Department team as Children’s Director. She has four girls and a son-in-law: Morgan, Summer, Courtney, Kristin and Adam, and is proud Mimi to 3 granddaughters. The entire Children’s Department team (teachers, cast, assistants, technical staff…) is a group of talented, loving, volunteers. The Children’s Department keeps things going for all our kids from birth to 6th grade!
