With more than 115,000 Haitian Nazarenes and 11 Districts, Haiti is the largest Nazarene membership of any country outside the US.  It is difficult to be a member of the Church of the Nazarene and not personally know a fellow Nazarene directly affected by the recent earthquake. 

Response by the Church of the Nazarene was immediate. Local Nazarenes continue to work to distribute food, water, tents, and provide medical attention.  Nazarene Compassionate Ministries is partnering with various organizations to immediately mobilize skilled and experienced disaster response teams.
